The bonus question should have been raised before filing. On your mother's share: the refusal concerns the bonuses credited by the platform; the deposits themselves are covered. If a statement for them survives, send it and we will file separately.

Dear Mr Kalthoff, the non-refundable nature of the retainer should have been stated at the first meeting and not left to the contract alone. Since February we state it separately and in person. The decision that there were no prospects was taken after the administrator's refusal. The fourteen months it took to reach that decision were too long.

My daughter wrote this on the computer, because I break everything on the phone. The broker was Halvard Markets.
