The case was about the Mango Markets hack. I got back around 60,649 euros after the DAO voted for compensation. The firm’s lawyers did a solid job, though at first I didn’t believe it.
DEX: protocol exploit and recovery of fundshonestly i didn't think a french resident could even turn to an office abroad but the situation with Larnex Trading forced me to look for any way out because after the CySEC decision in 2015 to suspend their license my money was stuck there completely there was roughly 19 thousands and the manager just stopped replying to emails.. The firm helped file the complaint through the settlement procedure although it took longer than they said at first about seven weeks until the funds came back to my account at BNP Paribas. They took their percentage of the amount but whatever the main thing is the deposit was returned even though it cost a lot of nerves and the communication from the lawyer's side was sometime rather dry
Forex broker: withdrawal blockedYou know, when you work the land your whole life, every penny has weight. I investedalmost 40 thousand euros in Fjordera. they promised mountains of gold, forex, tra ding. And then they just stopped answering. I nearly went out of my mind. I found your firm by chance. At first I didn’t believe it, I’m a skeptic by nature. The court proceedings dragged on a long time. The court ordered restitution. It was possible to recover about 28 thousand. Sure, that’s not 40. Part of the money the fraudsters had already moved off somewhere into offshore accounts. But I look at these 28 thousand in my account and just cry. Thank you, Ms. Holloway, and the whole team. Here in Calabria it’s the grape harvest right now, I invite you for wine!
Forex/CFD: court-ordered restitutionThank you, I will pass it on. Most of the work in this matter was done by the secretariat, who reassembled the bundle three times to meet the court's requirements.
The lawyers worked fine afterwards. But that reception. I drove to the address on the website, found building works and nobody there. I ring — ’we moved back in March’. The old address is still on the site. The case itself was handled properly afterwards, but the first impression was poor.
Crypto theft: court-ordered asset freezenot much of a writer so i'll keep it short. got the money back through the InvestRom director's bankruptcy. thanks.
Personal bankruptcy of a fraudulent directorThey turned me down. I’m writing this not out of spite but so that someone else doesn’t lose time. I brought everything they asked for: statements, screenshots of the correspondence, even a recording of the call with that ’manager’ that I’d saved by accident. Two weeks later they replied that the payment had gone through a provider that no longer exists, and there was nothing to get hold of. They charged nothing for the consultation, which is fair. But I spent six weeks living with the thought that something would come of it, and that turned out to be the worst part. Two stars for answering clearly and not stringing it out. If they’d strung it out another six months it would be one.
Fake platform via call centerDear Ms Ramsauer, the refusal was issued two weeks after we received the documents; a shorter period does not allow the payment route to be traced. We accept your point about the waiting period: our first letter now states that a consultation is not a confirmation that the case will be taken.
Dear Sirs, For forty yers I paid out other people’s postaal money orders without a single mistake — and handed my own over to a telephone ’broker’. Ms Fairbairn tracked down my money at the bankrupt ’Kronex’ exchange and over two years recovered a third of it. And my dignity. Respectfully, H. Hofer
Crypto exchange: insolvency and segregated assetsTwo years is a long time, and a third is not what we expected when we took this on. Thank you for staying with it.

Crypto lender: withdrawal blockedMy father Sven (71 years old) asked me to write a review because he doesn’t use Google himself. He got involved with a fake prop firm, Zenith Yield, they froze a payout of 14,671.26 euros. The lawyers filed a claim with the regulator and after four months the account was unblocked, the money was fully withdrawn to the bank account. My father thanks Ms. whitfield very much for the work, he says they saved him from a heart attack.
Prop-trading firm: frozen payoutsGive your father my regards. And tell him there is nothing left to worry about: the distribution is complete and the file is closed.
